Day 1: Friday 8th March, 2019
Arrive in Papua New Guinea

Pepeta tour staff will warmly welcome you at Jackson's International Airport, Port Moresby. They will assist with your luggage and transfer to your hotel, the Raintree Lodge, Port Moresby.
Day 2: Saturday 9th March, 2019
Domestic flight to Alotau

Pepeta tour staff will assist with hotel check out and airport transfers.

Alotau guesthouse staff will greet you at Alotau airport and transfer you to your guesthouse accommodation.

In the afternoon you have three options (depending on availability).

Day 3: Monday 5th March, 2019
Alotau experiences

Early morning town cycling, depart at 6:00 am (cooler in the morning) and for three hours, you will do a town cycling tour with your local guides including a village visit and perhaps a swim if you feel like.

Afternoon -Cultural Experience tour: You will be met by your local guide at your accommodation and transported to a local village outside of main town center to experience local culture.

Tour highlights: Demonstration of local traditions such as clay-pot cooking, dancing, chanting and interaction with locals to learn about their culture.

Day 2 of Madang Festival

Attend day two of the Madang festival with your escorted tour guide.

A parade of different floats on the main street of Madang

Showcase of different singsings (traditional dances)

A variety of stalls e.g. local art and craft, food etc…are set-up in the festival ground where you can easily walk around and see.

Other events such as canoe racing, triathlon competition and sports activities are also run throughout the day.

Day 9: Sunday 11th June, 2017
Flight to Port Moresby

Morning flight to Port Moresby. Pepeta PNG staff will meet you at the airport and assist with transfer to your hotel.

Afternoon city tour followed by sunset drinks and dinner at Fairfax Habour.
Day 10: Monday 12th June, 2017
Depart for home

Depart for International destination.
